"I get the most beautiful drink here! On my road trip and stop here, ordered the Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Crème Frappuccino and the Bacon, Sausage & Egg Wrap. The drink looks so beautiful, the strawberry pink is the art. The drink comes with strawberry and chocolate flavor, and also small chocolate chunks in it, highly recommend it. I order the wrap sooo many times, it always tastes good. The staff are so welcoming here, and they speak tone is so gentle. Will be back here if I visit Borger next time."

"Today I had a hair appointment so I decided to go to Star Bucks around 9:30 this morning. I had ordered a cheese danish and I told the cashier at the window I needed it double toasted. I noticed at the speaker that she already had an attitude and rude. So I drive up no hello or nothing. Her face all frowned up and she acted like she was mad at the world. I paid for my danish and I asked her could she please double toast it. She said it’s already double toasted and I told her no it wasn’t because if it was it would be very hot. I told her I get these a lot in Amarillo where I work. She said something must be wrong with their ovens are something in Amarillo. So she told me NO! So I asked for the manager she said I am the manager! I asked for her name and she told me Vivian. She was so unprofessional and RUDE for no reason. She is going to run all of StarBucks customers off with being so mean to their customers. My next step is writing a letter to corporate. I’m so tired of adults acting like children."

"I love the Starbucks in Borger, Texas. I have never been to a place like this. The staff is amazing and friendly. It's the coffee version of Cheers. I walk in and not only do they know my order but they make you feel like family. I recommend Starbucks and the experiences. I promise I haven't been disappointed since the first day I walked in there."

"These people literally said it was “weird” to request a drink to be poured onto a brand new Starbucks cup that I bought just hours earlier with a latte that I ended up not liking and buying a different drink from them to pour into this expensive a$$ cup. “Weird”?? Really?!? Just because you had to pour out the nasty latte ya’ll made? Smh. I have never had a problem at any other Starbucks location with people acting like this. Who hires these people? Seriously!"
