"Very disappointed Ordered a large specialty drink $4 delicious! And a bagel toasted with butter and cream cheese, I received a bagel with nothing on it a knife and container of cream cheese. By the time I went to the counter to get the butter, the bagel was cold. Gave a $2 tip to make my own food. Not happy"
"We ordered on the app. On arrival, they were out of donuts completely. It was like 9:30 AM. We picked out other items, but nothing was very good like it had all been sitting out for a long period of time. We love Dunkin but this location was bad."
