"Coffee was good, it was pretty quick, too. The card reader was down on the iPad when my order was taken in line. I get to the window to pay with my card and decline the tip. As I am pulling out cash from my wallet for the tip jar, the girl in the window loudly says, “ok, rude.”"

"I would like to compliment this store for the progress that has been made as everyone learns the drinks and is acquainted with the customers. I am also confused about the drive-through arrangement. I moved here from Oregon and the Dutch Bros there have two drive-through lines with staff taking orders outside and it is amazing how fast the lines move. Has the management gone through at a busy time of day?"
