"My mom (85 years old) ordered a bucket of chicken stating we like dark meat. She brought it home (panhandle of Oklahoma), and there were 6 breast 3 wings and 2 legs. Over cooked and pretty much uneatable. I feel like my mom was totally taken advantage of in order to get rid of chicken that nobody wanted. If I had lived in Dumas I'd of brought it back and left it on your floor. What a way to treat our senior citizens."

"This is honestly the worst customer service I’ve had. Not only did they make the order wrong but when call to let them know of the mistake all I got was “people make mistakes” not even a sorry the order was made wrong, nothing! There were not in a rush since at the time we order it’s was only us thru the drive, not excuse to miss a large item of the order. Definitely needs improvement in customer service, and y’all need to check what the order is and make sure EVERY item is in the bag before handing to customer."
