Pizza Hut

"I Placed the order through the app and an add on was not available on the app in which I submitted the order and called the location to ask to add cheddar cheese to my pasta and the Rep on the phone said they don't do add ons to pastas that if I wanted to customize my pasta I need to order from Domino's. I said I am willing to pay for the add on as I do not see it being an issue. She said again Pizza Hut does not do that and again referred me to Domino's. I said to just cancel my order and have not attempted to place an order from that location again. Need to work on customer service."

"Had issue as kid who took our order forgot to put our order in and we were the only customers in cafe at the moment, however Austin Lock the mgr more than made it right and bailee great waitress was fantastic taking care of us . Was our 1st time being there and will return just because austin handled it correctly, and bailee was really good. Thanks again"

"Disrespectful! Staff running the store are careless and will ignore you if you have an issue. They will not address any of your concerns. Got my food 30 minutes late. Food wasn't the least bit warm. Called twice and got stuck on hold. Didn't even give us our complete order when it arrived. Staff once again ignored my call. I went to the drive thru, empty restaurant, staff standing around doing nothing. And they continued to ignore me as i sat there and waited."
