"Easily the worst starbucks in amarillo. Disrespectful staff, loves to close early, and for some reason loves to make my drinks wrong every time I come here. The only reason I come to this location is because i don’t want to drive 10 minutes to the next closest starbucks. I guess in the future it’ll be worth the extra gas to have a good experience and not have the staff be angry and disrespectful when i ask them to remake my drink that they incorrectly made. Super unprofessional! Definitely learned my lesson and wont be coming to this location any longer."
"This has to just be one of the worst Starbuck location in Amarillo, my boyfriend and I come here due to it being the closest location but every time they mess up an simple order then get hateful when we ask them to fix it, who wants to pay for a drink that wasn’t right. Not only they are disrespectful and seem like they don’t know what they are doing they tend to close very early and it’s just so upsetting."
