"ONE STAR IS GIVING TOO MUCH!!!! The service and employees in this establishment is the worst I’ve ever seen and witnessed. The place was disgusting! Glasses were filthy! Food was COLD!! No host! Management standing around with employees watching the game instead of making sure the front door was taken care of. Our server let us sit there for 15 mutes before seeing if we’d like something to drink! Other employees walking around chewing gum Accused us of sharing food and made a point to stare at as while we ate to make sure no crumbs went into our friends hands. Made it a point to talk very loudly about us and when confronted screamed at our party in front of the entire restaurant! This place needs to be shut down it’s disgusting and the nastiest employees are allowed to run it. Everyone will know how bad that place is!"

"We ordered spinach and artichoke dip and there weren't any artichokes in it and it was watered down. The 4 cheese Mac and cheese was Alfredo sauce, not Mac and cheese. Totally disappointed. Also silverware was dirty, it looks like they need to clean out their dishwasher."

"Our server was Adriana, SHE WAS HORRIBLE! To begin there were no hosts around to greet us or let us know a waiting time. She took 10 minutes to get our drink order, and took another 15-20 minutes to come back for an appetizer. She was more concerned with her other tables. While we were there she was sat 3 times and attended to us maybe twice our whole visit. If you can’t provide the same service to all of your tables, you do not need more than 2-3 tables. I am a server and completely understand being busy, but to completely disregard your table? Not to mention we had no silverware, and another server brought us our food. We waited 10 minutes before we got any silverware . I ordered an alcoholic beverage and never received it. My boyfriend got his, and I had to remind her whenever she returned that I had one as well. The food was warm and the pasta sauce was thin. I would have waited for another server than have her as my server. Amarillo is so ghetto DO BETTER!!!!!! Disappointed….. Olive Garden service is top tier!!!!!!"

"Absolutely the worst service and food I’ve ever had! Took 5 minutes before we were ever asked for a drink! Or greeted. We got menus as that happened. Then we ordered our food and appetizer first and then our food and it all came at once and the food was cold!!!! My steak was ordered rare and it was dry and the outside was cold!!! My daughter got a Mac n cheese dish and it was cold! We have been here over an hr! I asked to speak to a manager yet he couldn’t be bothered!!!!! DO NOT PATRONIZE this establishment in Amarillo!"

"Had the 2 for $29 deal and it was worth every cent! The mozzarella sticks were an excellent appetizer and the ribs are so good!! The staff is always super nice and friendly and it’s never a super long wait. One of the more underrated chain restaurants in town!"
