"I’ve had many bad experiences here but keep giving them another chance, mostly because it’s around the corner from my house. But there were times where I went and without warning, they were closed and I had already placed my mobile order. Other times I’ve gone, my order had either been wrong or my cold brew was essentially just water with a hint of coffee to turn it brown. I then switched to getting iced coffee. The first time I got it, order was perfect, it was strong, and gave me hope for this location again. I went this morning and ordered plain, original iced coffee with no ice. Well I got it and sure enough it was loaded to the brim with ice and tasted like hazelnut. I’m sure they’re owned by the same individual but if you absolutely must have dunkin, make the short trip to the one on Western. Otherwise HTeaO and Scooters are great alternatives"

"I continuously try to give this location a chance after chance, but they always fail. Today was my last day getting anything from this place. I ordered two donuts. One was good, but the other was hard as a rock and left over from the day or two days before I got it. Disgusting. Half the time, they aren’t even open anyways. I will get a milkshake, and it’s never mixed—terrible location."

"Horrible experience a few days ago. I just now got some time to post. But the coffee I got was curdled. I think the cream they put in it was spoiled. It was so obvious too, so apparently, the drive thru guy couldn’t care less. I drove 10 miles back to Amarillo to get a refund. He kind of had an attitude about the refund too. It was bad enough that I’ll avoid this store every time I’m through Amarillo now."
