"Amazing service, location and most importantly food! I most definitely recommend if you want fresh salsa and good queso. Perla was so awesome quick with getting us our food and our drinks were refilled ASAP! The entree’s are prices reasonably and are such good quality and quantity amount. Our average bill is $55-70 for Mexican food in Clovis. For two adults and one kids meal we spent $40 with tip included. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you Perla for the awesome service!"

"I'm so glad that this restaurant is finally back in business! One bite in your transported back to the old days of the original restaurant in it's delicious aroma and taste. Having been cooking New Mexico style food for nearly 40 years, I can recognize red sauce that is homemade and there's definitely is! It doesn't matter what you order off the menu, everything here is good. Because they're new and just recently opened, it's always wise to give the serving staff a little leeway, especially if things don't go exactly perfect. Every time we've ever been, the service has been great. We usually go on Sundays after church, and we have never been there when it is been crazy busy, it's always been a nice relaxed atmosphere. If you missed the old Guadalajara, then you've got to get in and try them now. It is just as good today as it was back then! Thank you for bringing back a local favorite!!"
