"I stopped at this location at 8:11pm on a Friday night. The cashier was right outside the front door changing trash bags. She said she could not help me because she had to “do her job”! I asked her if her job was to sell items to make her owners money. She wouldn’t look at me and said “ I gotta do my job”!! Wow! Is this what service has come to or is this an isolated event!!!??? She would not give me her bosses name…but I will be following up!! ABOID THIS PLACE!!!"

"I am in front of the Circle K/Shell off County Line and Emerson. On May 1 Saturday 4:30. I got gas, but no receipt got printed out. So I figured I would go in and use the restroom. The rest had no soap. Wet and air dry. Then I went to buy only two items. I have over $200 in my account and did not go over the expected of what can from my bank. The card reader was giving me a hard time and the old grumpy lady on the register was giving me a hard time too. I recommend for any customers to go elsewhere. I called my bank and they told me that they declined me. And they took my money and tried to put it back. So I and all my family members and friends will never go there ever again. Also if you go to Shell off Kentucky Avenue and High School Rd you will be pleased with their service and the owner which is a older guy is also a great guy that helps his customers. Or the Speedway across Myers in Avon."

"I don’t know if a rough morning, long night what it is but Jeannie was not very pleasant , I walk up say hello, no response. Tell her I want 17 dollars on 4 sticks her hand out . I stand their wait for confirmation I.e. a receipt , she looks at me goes your good, I request my receipt get given it no please come back or anything , I tell her have a nice day, pump gas and see a now hiring sign, now I know why they are hiring"

"This use to be my favorite station to stop at for everything. ..after today I will be going to the next available location. I frequently buy from the sale bins, but prices vary from day to day. ..so I always ask the cost before going in the bin. When I asked the cashier today she said .25 cent each, then ran out while I was going thru the bin and started grabbing and moving things around. I get to the counter, and I'm trying to count my items and she proceeded to snatch things up before I was done. The attitudes the cashiers have is disgraceful. ..if you don't enjoy your job, plz find a new one. As a customer it was very irritating. As a cashier myself, I can say I recieved very poor service."
