"Stopped here 11/26/2023 in the evening. Coffee bar was not clean. Cream dispenser was plugged and sprayed sideways instead of into the cup beneath. Several cappuccino flavor options were empty. Not well tended by staff. Cashier did not offer a receipt, so I don’t know the exact time of my visit. Two attendants were on premises but only one appeared to be working, and he seemed to be a trainee. I lost too much travel time at this stop."
"This store is always clean. There are people that work here that are lazy, but besides that, this is a good store"
"Had 3 prizes from circle K game as FREE. Used our coupons & they said we still owed money. I said ring them up separately the guy said they were done rung up & couldn't remove one to ring up 1 at a time. We also had 4 sip & saves and they made us use their automatic checkout machine for each which their machine doesn't recognize the circle K reusable cup... and they had 3 people there and only 1 guy to help with "free" items Spoke to asst manager and with free coupons already used & couldn't pull up or view again, she said we can't just "give them to you". Left without our items and won't return to that store. They have to trash them now so yeah thanks!"
"Went here only because the Soeedway up the road was closed. Got screamed at by the cashier when the line was long that the self checkout was open. I needed cigarettes as well as some drinks I had in hand. I had no problem waiting but she then screamed at me that the self checkout line was open for a second time. Never have I seen an old lady act like a 2 year old. Apparently Circle K doesn't want my business. Never going here again. If you have employees running a store that dont want to help customers but instead want to make them feel unwelcome then they should be fired. I mean it's what they want anyway right?"
"I’ve never had such a bad experience at a gas station and they may be running some scam. A lady paid the cashier $20 for her gas and either she told them it was my pump or they picked the wrong pump. I have no idea about this and start pumping expecting to pay inside. She then accuses me of stealing her gas, loudly and says I have to go inside with her. I walk inside to work things out but the cashier is even more lost than she is and tells me I now have to pay him $20 cash for her gas. I get a bit defensive because this is starting to look like some kind of scam and say I didn’t do anything I’ll pay for my gas when my pump stops. He rudely (I think he was a bit flustered) says give me $20 you already pumped your gas- the line is now backing up and a guy in line is like “this is wrong dude”- but I said if my pump is stopped at $20 here’s your cash and I went back outside. He said it was. The lady is now pumping her gas too so I assume he just didn’t want to deal with her. And wonderful- my pump is stopped at $18 not $20. No way I was going to worry about $2 to stay another minute on that property and I just got in my car and left. If they’re running a scam for $2, they’re not going to get too far. Had I paid with credit card- I’d be closing that card at this point but they can have my $2 and a 1-star review."
