"I got some sharp edge in the trailer, they loaded me five days ago with any problem,today they reject my trailer and said fixed and we gonna load you. I cover that sharp edge with double rubber and they said it's not good. They are polite but this is what is happened."

"First time ever coming here there's no instructions anywhere on what to do after hours for drop n hook loads. Dispatch gave me a gate code to get in and grab my trailer normally on after hours pickups there's a box will bills in it or the paperwork is in the bill box on the trailer NO SUCH THING HERE!!!!!! Message dispatch about finding Paperwork they have instructions that literally say there is a button to push on weekends that will print your bills. No further instructions on where this button is no tablets in the dock office no button to call anyone except at the gate but being Saturday it's closed. Terrible experience and I'm still waiting to see if dispatch gets in contact with anyone to get paperwork."
