"Went there today, going to landscape front and back of home. Pulled in to take a look and the “parking lot” was a big puddle. Really didn’t want to have my 80 year old mom step out into water so we decided to stay in our van and drive through the gravel loop driveway while we looked to see what they had. Was quickly approached by a man asking what we needed. Told him just looking to see what you have. He said that was fine and we could just stay on the gravel drive b/c it looped around. I said ok thank you and drove along. Then in 2 seconds this blonde lady came driving towards us and motioned for me to roll the window down. I did, and she said what can I help you with, you know you are not supposed to be back here. I said, well the gentleman I just spoke with said we could take the gravel loop around. She said, well, only if you had permission, like I was a kid!!! It wasn’t totally what she said, it was the way she said it. I honestly don’t know how they have stayed in business this long treating their customers like this. If it’s that important where you park or drive you need signage. I will NEVER go back. Couldn’t get it off my mind for the rest of the day, that a business person would treat a customer in this fashion! I never post reviews, but I couldn’t let this one go!"
