"The ghettoest of all Burlington's, for the safety of your mental health avoid at all cost. I've long been aggravated by their lack of customer service skills, lack of cashiers: having to stand in line thirty minutes or more every time I go into the store. What broke the camel's back was the day security got into a full fledged screaming match with a customer in the checkout also angry about the checkout line's dragging thirty minutes or more. Do better or watch this store shut down just like others in the same strip."
"Loyalty number was still typed in wrong after repeating it 4 times slowly and clearly. Without the paper receipt, I couldn't return my purchase because I didn't realize the receipt wasn't in my email. That would only happen if the phone number was typed wrong. I can't return any other item from that specific purchase because I now have no proof of purchase without the physical receipt. The cashier should've verified the name on the loyalty account before continuing. Now I'm stuck with an item that I can't use. I want my money back I don't want store credit. The store was clean but very disorganized as well. I would NOT recommend this location."
"This is bad customer service, There is an old lady named Margarita. She has actitudes with customers. She doesn't deserve to be working there . I mean they need new employees. All the employees have actitudes they always talk and not work, and they don't care if there is a long line always to buy anything from here it is an hour line minimum this store is bad customer service?"
"This is not the Burlington Coat Factory I grew up with. That one was a class act and more like a department store. This one was more like Ross or TJ Maxx but more raw with lots of red signs. I went on a Saturday and it was like Xmas time with clothes everywhere... Like the store got shook up a little. I went there to find a coat and they had the best selection of coats in the area, but it was not easy to pick one since the aisles are tiny and I was stepping over clothes or moving clothes aside to see what was hanging beneath. After finally finding something, I went and got in line... A really really long line. After what felt like ten minutes (but was probably five) of me not moving more than a foot, my daughter and I gave up and decided to Co. E back another day. If our stuff was gone, so be it. With the store as messy as it was, I'd hate to think what xmas is like at this store. I recommend you visit on a weekday... Probably in the morning or afternoon, as this place had a ton of people. I don't know if they were understaffed or just couldn't keep up with the crowd... I also couldn't see the registers so I don't know how many people were working the counter... But I'd say busy busy busy...and definitely some good deals. I will go back on a slower day."
"Horrible customer service. Went in for a return, was given store credit instead of it being returned on my credit card (bought less than a week ago) and I had my receipt. I asked why, told it shows as gift card when my receipt says visa. The cashier just literally walked away, came back in line to use the gift card I now had. Had a different cashier, say hello, completely ignores me, have the gift card down, avoids speaking while trying to scan upside down. When I realize what she’s trying to do, I turn it around and that’s when she finally speaks. I was seriously starting to think she wasn’t capable, just turned out she was rude. I would never go back to this location, I’d recommend Burbank or Tinley Park, where customer service actually exists."
