"A hidden gem! The place is CLEAN and the owner was very helpful and attentive! The music was on point and I could appreciate not wasting my AirPod batteries! I also could appreciate the lost sock wall! There are a variety of machines and they were quick and efficient! Felt like home, I’d definitely be coming back from now on. Ditching the big corporate chain laundromats I’m use to going to!"

"Absolutely horrible customer service. I had called at 5 pm on the 23 of august telling Jessie that my transmission went out and asking him if he would be kind enough to put my clothes in the dryer (didn’t have to oblige but he did) he said that’s fine. So this morning 24 of august I went in to retrieve my clothes. READY TO PAY. And when I went in the mother of the company said my clothes were gone. They allowed someone to take my clothes. NO IDEA HOW. they were responsible for my clothes and I asked if I can get compensation for all my scrubs and the lady straight up said no. So now I have to drop 200$ on new scrubs. For work just because “they weren’t responsible for my clothes.” Called Jessie’s phone and he said I was rude. Absolutely unbelievable on how the whole situation was handled. If I was a small business I would not treat my customers the way I was treated today."

"As soon as you walk in you feel the warm hospitality. The owner is such a sweet lady.. she greeted me as soon as I came in and was very helpful. My favorite thing is it’s CLEAN! You can tell the owner(s) take pride in their establishment. They even have a couple big washers and dryers which are my go to. Prices are great too. They have folding tables and vending machines with snacks and drinks for your convenience while you wait. The only thing they don’t have is a restroom but it’s right by my house so that’s okay for me. People may overlook this place because it’s small but this is my new go to location."
