Meet the dedicated team who keeps the campground running smoothly: Manager Wendi Oaks and her husband Ray Oaks, Assistant Manager Christy Nice, Maintenance staff Rob Favors and Robert Nice, Grounds Maintenance and General Help provided by James Nice, General Help from Angie Nice, Road Maintenance and Site assistance from Ray Oaks, Rec Hall overseen by an open position, Kids activities managed by Gina Oaf and Ginger Harrison, Wash Cabin maintained by Ruth Watts, and Wood and General Help from Sue and Don Freeman. The campground also has a team of volunteers and supporters who help make the experience enjoyable for all guests. Thank you to everyone who contributes to the success of Tall Sycamore Campground!

"Very family oriented. Clean showers and bathrooms. Extremely close to the White River. Recreation hall available to the people camping there. Primitive or full water, sewage, and propane sites. Maintenance available on site, and they do amazing work, keeping the grounds clean and well groomed."

"Just got back from a nice quiet weekend with the family. Everyone was so friendly & kind, staff was very accommodating and made sure we were doing okay. They have a little, cute cabin to do laundry, which was nice. The pool looked very clean, and our little ones enjoyed the playground. Also couldn't beat the price, Would definitely come back!"

"The owners are very nice. But the campground is right next to a railroad track and it's extremely loud at night and in the morning. Also, the spots are so close together that you better hope you like your neighbors. We did not especially since their alarm was going off in there tent at 630 am and did for over 10 min waking up everyone in our areas.. Yes they really are that close together. There is not much for hiking around the camp ground if that's what you are looking for and the woods have a lot of trash in them. There is also a $20 fee for booking online, in addition to the pretty high prices for just a tent spotm I would not recommend this spot or go here again."

"Great place to camp. First time here and everything went well. Stayed in the primitive sites on a motorcycle and there was plenty of available spaces. Nice and quiet for the most with the exception of the freight trains that pass along frequently. Might be a deal breaker for some but I still had an enjoyable stay. Bathrooms where clean and air conditioned. Would definitely return. Make sure you can get in before nightfall so you can check in before the office closes."
