"Only giving 1 star cause I had to, worst experience ever customer service HORRIBLE and so unprofessional I was at an awe when leaving! Rented a machine and product to mostly just take out indentations from furniture for our New 240,000 00 new home carpets had minimal stains, but after using machine and products and HORRIBLE stains. And when I dropped off and tried to address the issue's I was treated soo badly and just basically blowed off and one wanted to offer any way shape nor form of any other suggestions nor be apologetic nor offer ANYTHING for all my work, time and money!!!
