"Our master bed/bath sits above the garage and has always been uncomfortable in extreme weather. During the 2024 cold snap our water lines froze so we knew it was time to do something. After a quick search, we saw IN Spray Foam had hundreds of 4/5 star reviews, so we contacted them first. They were quick to respond and by the next week Chris arrived for a free estimate. He was friendly, thorough, and took the time to discuss the project and answer my (many) questions. He even took a few minutes to discuss a future project in our unfinished basement. The crew (Adelfo Jr, Martin, David) arrived on time and took time to confirm the project and answer any questions before they started. They took care to minimize the amount of drywall cuts they needed to complete the job and did a good job cleaning up the work site before walking me through everything. Overall, quite pleased with IN Spray Foam and highly recommend them. Results: we noticed an immediate improvement; the water from the faucets no longer felt ice cold and the air/floor felt room temp (a thermometer I placed on the tile floor read 60F before and 68F after)."

"**DO NOT RECOMMEND** Looks like they do a great job when joists are exposed, but with our drywalled older home, different story. They never even looked at my attic or walk out basement when they did the estimate. The day of install they couldn't do the Southern wall of my home, which catches the wind and needs it the most, but said they could do the other 3 sides, but didn't need to worry about the attic. So 6 months later in winter, I contact them that my kitchen floors are ice cold. I went out and bought a thermal imaging camera that showed nothing but cold areas behind my kitchen walls... their guy came out and told me my backsplash walls were cold because my cabinets above them were closed. uhhhh no... Now I'm having my bathroom remodeled so my elderly mother can have a walk in shower and found TWO EXTERIOR WALLS have little to no foam in them. I am very angry and have asked for at least a partial refund since I now have photographs showing the only wall that even partially foamed was an inside wall with our plumbing in it and close to 10k is a lot to spend for a job not done properly. Halfway doesn't cut it in my world, I was a firefighter for 15 years and raised to do the job right but I don't give fourth chances to a company that's not done the job right from estimate to install. I filled a complaint with the BBB about this, which they didn't respond to promptly. They promised me a partial refund, which is all I asked for, but they never made good on it. Still haven't seen a dime... I'll gladly remove my review if they make it right by me. I'm taking care of my mom who has Alzheimers and cancer and an autistic kid and my husband and I just want to put this all behind us. I've got enough to worry about. Keeping my home warm shouldn't be one of those things. ***UPDATE Just had the company who installed my new windows out. They said my EAST wall is "colder than it should be". They went through my house with a thermal imaging camera and said that there's a substantial difference in wall temperatures, likely indicating they didn't apply foam in spots at all or that they did it very unevenly. They have either taken down their Facebook page or blocked both my husband and myself, but it doesn't matter because I've retained an attorney and they'll be hearing from her shortly and if this isn't resolved in the next 2 weeks, we're going to court where their actions will be a matter of PUBLIC RECORD."

"Just wanted to thank everyone at Indiana Spray Foam for a wonderful job. In all aspects they out preformed my expectations. Courteous, knowledgeable, on time and very efficient. I have a large pole building that I personally completed all the interior work in and they worked around my schedule without any issues. What I thought would take 1 week they completed in 2-1/2 days! The crew was outstanding. When it’s 95 outside it’s 80 inside without any cooling devices. Can’t wait for winter to come and see how efficient my radiant heat and spray foam work together.
