"Terrible customer service, he apparently doesn't like business or customers? He told me closing time was 4pm a few weeks ago, which is also what is listed on Google. I flew back to the neighborhood from work to try and make it before 4. I told him I called a few weeks earlier. In response he stated, if you spoke to me, I would've told you my closing time is 2 o' clock so this isn't my fault. Seemed unnecessarily argumentative, since I wasn't giving him a hard time or being rude. Now I know why I thought they were closed down for the last 15 years, poor customer service and inconsistent hours."

"Biggest jag off I’ve ever spoken to on the phone. I was sent from a very high-end referral. he never met me and had no idea what I was looking to spend with him. We spoke for two minutes or less and he started getting frustrated and telling me he does not get paid to educate people. He only gets paid to sell gold. He did not want to tell me some of the different coins or the mintages of different coins that he had. He rushed me off the phone and told me that we don’t have anything in common and that he doesn’t want to do business with me. Stay away from this guy! I would not trust him at all!"

"If i could leave no stars i would. Called inquiring about availability and pricing and was immediately insulted on the other end of the line and hung up on. Avoid these people. They know how to chase customers away. I deal with ignorant people daily but they are beyond that. Shocked that someone would actually refer me to them. Pathetic."
