"Very unprofessional. I normally try to get here when I’m in town because the selection of dresses-are beautiful. The two African American women who work there I have never had an issue with when I visit they have always been helpful. My issue is that my sisters shopped for us and was told they would be able to return the dresses if they didn’t work out. They did explain that they were shopping for me in my absence and one of the African American women reassured them they would be able to return the dresses. Now we live in a different state and were leaving the next day after our Aunts funeral. The lady at the register whom looks of some Asian descent was rude and acted as if we were lying about the dress not fitting, she said it was a final sale and we couldn’t get a refund. So after some unnecessary back and forth with words she agreed to refund the money. She made it clear that she didn’t respect us or our business because I even asked if I could exchange it for something else that cost more and she said “ No” she was closed but the store was not empty. I will no longer spend my hard earned Black Dollars in places that do not respect US ! For one the clothes and shoes are overpriced and she should have been glad to do business with Professional Black Women who would have definitely kept spending in that establishment. I will no longer support these people who berate and belittle black women."

"First of all totally unprofessional we get there and it's supposed to open at 11 the doors locked and no one it's up front to see as waiting and looking in. Totally unfriendly went in for help and the young lady acted like it was a bother to wait on us unfriendly no suggestions. And then way overpriced for what I had to pay for this outfit. Should not have cost that much I just didn't have time to order it online because I could have ordered it for half price. But if you're going to charge people that amount of money for an outfit show some good customer service. They need to get it together"

"I believe in all fairness. I return a blouse because of black spot. I was attacked by both staff members. Was accused of damaging the blouse. Staff tried to degrade and be little me...very poor customer service.. purchased the blouse to wear for an ALL White Event on Saturday. I purchased the item on Friday the day before.. which there is a 7 day return Policy. That was not honored. I wanted to exchange the blouse so I would not have to go on a search for a new outfit at the final hour. Thersa the manage was very rude. No good customer skill display here. Make sure you examine your garment before leaving the store. Le Club (Country Clubs Hills location) will Not accommodate you at All."
