"Ms. Darika is AWSOME‼️. She is attentive and the only employee I have seen constantly checking and cleaning machines. She gets all lint traps efficiently… no garbage on the floors any where and the bathroom stayed clean. She made my experience comfortable and not having a washer and dryer in my home it’s hard to find a comfy professional place to wash. Thank u beautiful for making my day"

"Update 12/22/23. I have been going here for years as evidenced by my review 2 years ago. Today, suddenly, they had a problem with me having my ebike (mobility aid) inside. Now this folds up and does not take up a lot of room. Also they did not tell me this before I started washing, but in the middle of me washing. They wanted me to put it outside, however they do not have a bike rack and I only had a U lock. The lady (same lady another reviewer had issues with) said that her manager told her this. But she called her manager and had to explain what was going on so I suspect that's not what happened. The manager said I indeed have to put my bike outside. I said they don't have a bike rack. So the lady asked me what I wanted to do. I can not leave an expensive mobility aid outside unattended (and a rule I DO know is that you can't leave your washing laundry unattended, as other reviewers have seen they will lock your stuff up if you do) so I said I wanted to finish washing and I won't bring my bike back. She said no, she was going to call the cops. I said fine, the wash will be done by the time they get there. So the lady said no she was going to stop the wash and she would bring my stuff outside. So I waited outside the door and then she came over to get a description of me to tell the cops and I tried to hand her my laundry bag. She then said she wasn't going to get my stuff so I came back in to get it. She had stopped it in the middle of the cycle so everything was soaked and heavy. I asked her to spin it out but she ignored me. I got it anyway and struggled to get it out the door. As it was overly heavy due to being soaking wet, I hurt my wrist in the process. I have been using this place for years, and recommending them, but no more."

"Been coming to this location because it's 24/7. Recently used the drop off service and Lauren had all three bags of laundry cleaned and folded very neatly and a day earlier than estimated. Very satisfied customer and will be using this service again."

"Claims to be 24 hr laundry, but took my clothes out of the dryer and locked them in the office overnight. All of my kids school clothes were in there and I had to go to Walmart at 6 in the morning because No Attendant Was On Duty. I called and talked with the number left for emergencies but was only faxed with more problems. I Will Not Be Washing Here Anymore......P.S. the homeless guy that sleeps here overnight seems harmless. Really nice guy to talk to."

"The laundromat is convenient, however staff is very rude. One particular staff member is an older woman. Brown skinned it appears she has issues with her eyes. She was extremely rude to any customer that asked questions. I’m me customer made a complaint about how they were having issues with the machine and her response was disgusting. Another parent was there washing with her two children. The children were just simply playing and not disrespecting or bothering anyone . She stood in front of the customer yelling saying that she would have to take her children in leave if the kids kept “PLAYING” then proceeded to say if they played again she will lie call the police and say they were trespassing. I have never seen anything so mean in my life. The mother understood her perspective and said I understand the playing but to say you will file a trespassing because my children were playing is extreme. She then started yelling while standing over the sitting customer. I was there washing it was bad for business. Because I witnessed this, I will not return to wash anything at this location."
