I wouldn't rent from these people if it was the last people on Earth I've been here over a year I've never had a stove I get shocked every time I plug something in here I get shocked in my kitchen sink. I'm fixing to sue him for everything he has so if you rent from him get ready to be prepared to move. Everybody here has respiratory problems due to the mold that's growing but our ceilings, and the pesticides we inhale just trying to keep the bugs away I'm talking roaches and bed bugs are completely taken over in this complex"

"We should have taken the fact that on our tour of the apartment, the property manger came unprepared with the wrong keys but we ignored it. Decided to move, set up a time to sign our lease and we had to wait despite having an appointment because our property manager didn’t realize it was that day. Finally got our keys…and guess what? We were given the incorrect ones and had to call a locksmith where then RFI would attempt to get us to foot the complete bill from their mess up, claiming we should have waited to retrieve the correct key the next day despite us having all our belongings packed up. The entirety of our lease we had a leaky kitchen pipe, unbalanced washer that sounded like a helicopter, window that wasn’t sealed properly so when it rained, all of our nearby belongings would get soaked, shared vents wafting in neighbors food/marijuana smells, and paper thin walls. Fellow tenants are nothing but disrespectful & constantly ignore the Owensboro noise ordinance by blasting television through all hours. We had experienced being cornered TWICE here by neighbors over situations they were completely in the wrong for, and our guests had been harassed by one of the tenants twice. Trash is left on the steps and parking lot constantly (papers, food, toys, etc.) Disabled? Do not expect to have access to the one handicap spot there is - tenants who are not disabled or do not have a disability placard will park there despite there being other spots in the back. If you’re looking for an apartment that will make you feel like an unwanted guest in your own home, look no further - all for the low price of your sanity! TLDR: Lived in apartments my whole life and this is BY FAR the worst experience I’ve had. Don’t move here expecting to have respectful neighbors, accessible parking if you are disabled, or maintenance/property management to actually get anything done."
