"I ordered a specific plant for a funeral. I live out of state so I had someone send me a pic of the plant that was sent to the funeral home. To my surprise it was not what I ordered at all. It was a vine and I paid a great deal of money for this …vine! When I called the Florist I had to leave a message but it did give me a number to call. When I called I reached the owner. I told her who I was and she said she knew exactly who I was. When I said I ordered a specific plant she said I know and I didn’t have it so I sent something else! She said she had called me and I didn’t have a message box. The fact is she did not call me as I had no missed calls and I do have a message box because I do get messages. So, after a few minutes she says she will credit my card and pick the vine up from the funeral home. I said fine. Then, 2 days later she calls me early in the morning and says very nicely I have the plant you wanted do you still want it. Again, being that I live out of state, I said can you deliver to Owensboro. She says yes. So, I said okay. I should have stuck with my gut and said No! Once delivered, I had them send me a pic of the plant, it was the smallest plant!! I paid between $90-95 for this little plant that probably cost $14.99 at Lowe’s! I would never recommend this florist. The customer service was poor and so was the product."
