"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They are the most incompetent company I have ever done business with. They do not return phone calls or emails and they destroyed my brand new pool and spa because they do not know how to properly service them. In addition to other things, they didn't keep the chemicals correctly and therefore the pipes eroded and the chemicals leaked onto the heater and almost started a fire. They destroyed both the pool and spa heater and the manufacturer wouldn't honor the warranties because of Hoosier Pool Guys negligence in not properly maintaining them. I gave them many opportunities to come out and fix it and they never responded. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!"

"Kenny and his team performed a complete overhaul and revival on our family spa. The internal plumbing had winter, freeze damage when we took ownership of the spa and Kenny was able to diagnose and restore it back to full, operational condition. His team worked literally day and night to ensure the job was complete and that all leaks were sourced and fixed.
