"This business is terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Pre paid for the service of a new liner last year that finaly was installed in July after they ordered the wrong size. Then they were just going to cover the pool light with the liner because they couldn't figure out how to remove the light. They took off with a subsume and a 50 foot electrical cord that was like pulling teeth to get back.never did get the right one. They brought out an old used one. They broke all the flaps to the skimmers and just threw them in the pool house without saying a thing. The rubber seal Iwas was removed the went around the liner was removed after it was installed( not by them) and was thrown in the pool house as well. Said it wasn't needed! Grrr never again will these people be used by anyone I know. Horrible service and terrible work."

"Terrible service and very unreliable, was supposed to file a warranty claim for a salt water treatment system for my pool. Gave them the information they needed on 6-10-2013 and she said claim was filed and it would take 14 - 21 days for Hayward to respond. I waited 28 days to cal Hayward and was told they did not have any claim filed under my name. When I called Stolte and told them this she assured me it had been filed and she would call Hayward the next morning and call me back with the details, waited 2 days and never received a call back so I called them and was told there was a problem with Haywards website and she would call them and then get back with me. I called Hayward again and told them what was going on so the representative called Stolte Pools while I was on hold and she told Hayward they were not going to do the warranty for me now. After wasting a month with Stolte Pools Hayward is going to have my part to me within 7 days."
