"Our pool liner we got this year- less than 3 months ago is completely faded. This isn't my first pool, i check chemical levels often, and this is a bad cheap liner. Update: we did purchase liner over 90 days ago and that's the only reason it's not under warranty is because of the purchase date. It was installed less than 90 days ago. But that doesn't matter to them, regardless they want us to pay $211 for for replacement. Not including cost to install new and water to fill. It's not a quality liner for those looking for one."

"After searching high and low for an expandable liner to replace our old one, I found you all. I ordered Stoney Creek and it arrived in a few days. We had a pool service put it in and it’s perfect and looks so good. One of the pool guys complimented the quality and said this should last us for a long time and he liked the design, it was his first time seeing it. "This company is horrible! We bought our first liner in March of 2021. In August we noticed that every other seam is faded. We waited until early spring 2022 to contact customer service since we obviously weren't going to re-install it over the winter. We were told that unfortunately they only fully warranty the liner for 90 days. So we reluctantly paid the depreciation for a replacement liner. We had the new liner installed less than a month ago. In less than a week the bead is separating from the liner. You can see multiple defects in the bead. We reached out again and were told they would be happy to either send a replacement for free, or send me my depreciated cost back. They are not willing to reimburse the multiple installation fees or the cost of water. They never disagreed that the two liners are defective but are unwilling to resolve what it would cost to replace this failing liner. No, I do not want a new liner if they don't last even a year. I would like the cost of what I paid for the original liner and what it cost to have it installed and filled. How can you expect someone to pay for installation and replacement because the liners are defective? Contacting the BBB"
