"One of the laziest companies in the world! They tried to put the blame on the great escape as to why they claim they could not get our hot tub to the desired area in which they were given plenty of notice. Then they claimed that they did not have clearance after putting the hot tub in the middle of my backyard into the gazebo when we were told all they needed was 36 inches and they clearly had 42 inches width and 96 inches height when all they needed was 80 inches. .. we were the last stop on their route for the day and they clearly just wanted to up and go and left this huge hot tub in the middle of my backyard which is a safety hazard given the Highwinds that we experience and now my children cannot play in the backyard nor can my dogs play safely. They also forged our signature on the invoice so that they could get paid, if I did not call the great escape and report this issue they would have been paid for a job not completed. this company was given three different options which were all reasonable and adequate options for putting this hot tub in, they refuse to even try and just walked away from the job. I would never recommend them to anybody!"
