"I would NOT recommend this company. I had to follow up numerous times to get a response on when they were coming out. They finally came out, did measurements, said they would call by end of the week…never end. I had to call and ask, the lady who answered was rude and said it takes a bit and would call when the estimate was in, didn’t ask for my information or anything. Called again this week, spoke with a gentlemen who was very nice and assured he would request for an update and follow up. The gentlemen did follow up and said they had an estimated but could not install the liner like they advised due to the pool being sand bottom. I just don’t understand how it took almost a month to decide you didn’t want to do a job which I would have been happy to pay for. I asked for the measurements and refund…would not provide a refund..fair enough, but couldn’t even provide the measurements for a service I PAID for. Advised they could call with measurements have yet to hear. The lady is very rude and unprofessional. I work in customer service so I am very understanding but how she interacted was unprofessional."

"Bought a spa there and it had a leak. The guys came out to fix and were unable to. So The Lopez brothers and Corey replaced it with a new spa. Very professional and easy to work with. Thanks guys, I appreciate you."

"Long story short. Wanted a pool liner installation. Poorly done work. Continually tried to call to correct the problem. Said they would come out and would not show up. Tried calling owner SEVERAL times and when they asked who was calling all of a sudden he was on vacation. Owner screens calls. Left messages for Jim to call back. He never did.Worker that did the work admitted it was not done properly. Problem was never corrected and full payment was made to this company. Pics show some of the wrinkles and gaps that are going to eventually rip. I would not recommend them to anyone! Awful."

"DO NOT USE this pool company! Can’t believe they are still in business! Only thing they did right was install a pool liner. But it was horribly late. Unable to keep track of inventory - was told our parts were not there, then suddenly they were. Installed the wrong color of skimmer (they must be color blind) - it was also they wrong type. Did not have extension as ordered. We were lied to. Will never, ever set foot in store again. Now use the other store in town - VERY happy with service & new filter we purchased from the other store (not JTS). Good reviews must be from relatives."

"With only two pool stores in town and both having similar prices and rating I figured what could I lose by choosing either store? Apparently my patience. As someone who works in sales, I’ll admit I may have high expectations for customer service but I’m usually pretty understanding IF there is communication along the way. I was told my pool would be in a week after I placed the order. It took 3 weeks. I had to call for updates myself, was never called by anyone in the store. The installers list I was given was short and disappointing. After having to call Darryl at JTS about the lack of the installers response, I eventually (a week later) got a call back. The installers successfully installed my pool but my yard now looks like a motor bike race track. If I could have gotten my money back and gone to a different store, I would have in a heartbeat."
