"I needed to order flowers for a funeral in Paris, IL. Since I am not local I trusted the florist listed on the funeral home's website. I called Brad's Florist and the man who answered the phone was downright rude. It was as though I was bothering him. I didn't have many options so continued to place my order. He then started to complain about having 3 funerals this weekend. Granted, we all have bad days but no need to take it out on a potential customer who is already upset by the loss of a family member. Needless to say I found another florist with great customer service. Shame on you Brad."
