"Male florist on the day before mother’s day was a total jackass! I asked him to transfer flowers from one vase to another and I would pay any price difference. He said that the vase wasn’t the same price. I replied that I understood that and would pay any price difference. He asked if I was buying both bouquets. I said no, I just wanted the one bouquet. He screamed “NO” at me as loud as he could , startling both me and other customers, then he went back to doing whatever he was doing before (making a floral arrangement) and ignored me. Unbelievable! Tarnishes the reputation of an otherwise great grocery store. Kroger, It’s time to find a new florist with some customer service skills!"
