"I was for supporting local small business but unfortunately this small business does not support its customers. Better off to go to a big box store that backs up their shrubs and bushes. Oversized holes were dug and landscape soil was used to ensure success of shrub. Plants were watered regularly. 4 made it just fine, 4 did not that were all planted next to each other. Within 30 days of purchase. Roots in pots were bound and not large enough to support plant life. Clauses and excuses are poor business."
"After seeing the way my neighbor was treated, I will not be doing business with this establishment. They did not back products returned within 30 days. My neighbor was meticulous in planting the shrubs. Due to being root bound, the shrubs did not make it. This is a direct indication that the shrubs had not been properly taken care of at the facility. A clause regarding “items on sale” does not justify the lack of reimbursement. There are plenty of other places who will treat people fairly. I will shop elsewhere."
"I really like this place. The people are really friendly. The flowers are awesome at a reasonable price. Today i bought a Japanese painted fern. I have never seen this plant in any other business here in Vincennes. There hanging baskets are so pretty at a cheaper price."
