"Last time I was there I need to change to do my second load I was here for an hour and 20 minutes and the reason I was the only one there and there was no attendant there the place was wide-open and no one was there what a dump"

"Dryers out of order, washers take your quarters I was reimbursed for the money it took AFTER the attendant showed up at 10:30 and the doors were opened at 8AM. Clothes came out of washer dripping wet took even longer to dry which meant more money. I will not visit here again this is the worst laundromat I’ve ever visited."

"I couldn't be more grateful to the owner of this laundromat. She greeted me immediately after I walked in....it had been a long time since I've been to a laundromat! It was very busy and she showed me a washer that was available right away. She showed me how to use it. When the machine had about 3 minutes left she told me exactly where an available dryer was. The dryer worked okay at first but toward the end of the cycle the clothes just were not getting dry. She offered me my money back and to let me use a different dryer. I thanked her but I had to leave to go pick up my daughter! The facility was very clean and I had a pleasant experience. I love the way she keeps thing moving!"

"4 stars because Ive had an extremely negative and racist experience occur with the staff in the past BUT the workers they have now are great!!! it stays clean and nobody is rude anymore (ive been told that person has since then quit) and now staff are all kind and extremely helpful with assisting for multiple things. Also 4 stared because make sure u expect a lot of washers and dryers to be out of order!! they always have plenty avilable for use so dont worry about never having enough washing and dryjng mchines but on a busy day you may have to wait for a dryer or washer to become available as they wil all be full of peoples clothes. Mondays and tuesdays seem to be quite busy when I go on those days"
