"For one year we’ve used the company, and for one year they have consistently failed to add my name and phone number to our account. I just waited at home for 7 hours on a Saturday morning waiting for them to arrive, and all they never bothered to use my name on the call box or call my cell phone. Furthermore, when they do come to clean, they do a 3/5 job—we have to persistently be at home to make sure they clean the shower and the bathtub. It is a major inconvenience not to be able to just trust a team to do their job well and instead have to “watch” over things. I cannot recommend this service."
