"I ordered a deluxe bouquet on Valentine’s Day to be delivered to my fiancé at work. The day after I ordered, I received a phone call from a lady stating that they do not have the roses pictured, but they could use different flowers, which was no big deal. After that, she stated that I had to pay an extra $10 for a mall delivery fee. With it being so close to Valentine’s Day, I didn’t have much time to shop around and had to go with what she said. Them not having the flowers and the delivery fee did not bother me, what bothered me was the way these flowers looked. After paying extra for the deluxe I thought that they would look better than this. I would not recommend this place for any floral needs."

"They cancelled my order on Valentine’s Day. In addition, they told me I would still have to pay a $3 fee for using their website. In 2020, they told me I would have to pay money because I used their website to place an order that they wouldn’t fill. Preposterous. The lady on the phone was also rude to me when I inquired as to why I would have to pay a fee to use their dumb website to receive no order."
