"If you’re thinking about working with or hiring this company you might be better off looking elsewhere. They’ve lost about 80% if their staff in the previous months due to low pay and questionable ethical standards. Management was rushing employees in dangerous weather to get to cleans on time despite being booked to close by management resulting in a car crash. At that months following meeting the employees were told to “be sure to bag up their vacuum because one had been damaged in an accident.” At a previous meeting, the employees were told “they were the product that is sold to their clients”. Management has staff clean her million dollar house while assuring them that “maid pro didn’t pay for it” and paying them a wage lower than the cost of living. Management is unable to maintain professionalism regarding departed employees despite those employees being positively mentioned in the most recent online reviews. Management boasted that the company was the “only cleaning service to make it through Covid while only paying employees 13/hr. If you want stress, no time, constant backlash, ableist expectations and being objectified by management this is the place for you. Way to go maid pro!"

"We have been using them for 6 months, bi-weekly cleaning service. The past few times have been awful. Tasks marked as completed were not done, they broke something, did not replace trash bags, did not dust, did not do the baseboards, did not do the blinds, seems the only thing completed was vacuuming, overall just super disappointing."
