"Very disappointing that this company is advertising certain pricing and specifics on their website, but in reality, that information does not apply. We were even told by an employee, “yeah that pricing and information is old, you shouldn’t go off that” when we called back about being significantly short on the amount of rock needed. Spending approximately 60% more on landscaping rock than how it’s advertised based on their website, and then still not honoring what’s advertised due to their lack of up-to-date, public information in accordance to their website is so absurd. As a landscaping company coming from Springfield, IL and relocating to the Owensboro, KY area, I have never known anyone to charge by SCOOP (meaning every scoop will vary a good amount) instead of by weight. We will no longer be doing business with this company, as they are very unprofessional, they do not hold up to their end of things, and wait until later in the afternoon for deliveries. Gosh, I hope this town has so much better customer service to offer than this company has shown us."
