"I typically sell items to another EZPAWN that I live near, but I was in the area and decided to stop by this location instead of driving past home to my local EZPAWN. I went to this location yesterday to sell a brand new Bluetooth speaker, because my Partner and I could not figure out how to use it. Chris took his time to show me how to use it. When I got home I was unable to add the device to my account, due to it still being connected to Chris’ account. When I called in for assistance, Chris had left for the day. However, Andy reached out to Chris to ask him to disconnect my device from his account. Chris and Andy demonstrated excellent customer service. They were kind, patient and understanding. Needless to say, I would definitely go to this location again to complete any future business."
