"Cowboy and his partner were very professional and did an excellent job!"
"Called them out Labor Day weekend. Had a water heater rusted out. Flooding the house, we pulled up the vinyl flooring and tossed it out. Servpro came in and inspected the flooring and said it was saturated. They brought in big dehumidifiers and fans. They left them on for weeks. The floor was falling apart. They finally decided to take up some of the floor and took out the kitchen cabinets. They charged us for boxes and boxing up our stuff. They did not box up anything. We had put it all in totes and bags and moved it upstairs. When they took out the cabinets they broke a board around the plumbing. They told me to go to Lowe’s to get a new board. We moved most of the appliances. The only thing they moved was a range, dryer and washer. They did take apart two beds and broke a slate on one of them. Again told me to go to Lowe’s and buy a new one. They charged the insurance company over $2000.00 for the boxing and moving stuff that they did not due. We have been living in a hotel going own three months now. They want the insurance company to pay them more money to go buy material. I don’t understand why they just don’t get the material themselves and finish the job. They know the insurance sent the full amount to the mortgage company. So they know they would get paid. Save yourself and avoid this company. Update Feb. 19 still in a hotel. Got the bank to release more of the insurance’s money two weeks ago. Still have not heard from them on when they are going to come out and start putting the new floors down. They did finally come out and cut out the moldy wall. Put then charged for things they didn’t use or do. Big ripoff company. I think I’m just going to have to get a attorney involved at this point!"
"The people at Servpro have been amazing! Two years in a row, we have had water leaks in our church building over CHRISTMAS WEEKEND! They were both bad enough that we ended up needing major repairs. Both times, Servpro was there as soon as we called. We couldn't believe how quickly they showed up and got started. We'll never call anyone else!"
"Dalton and Dani are very knowledgeable and work well together. They ran some tests to help us get some answers for issues we are having. They explained to us everything they were doing as they were doing it, always asking if we had any questions. We are confident they will work quickly to bring our issue to a close."
"Revised review. ZERO STARS!!! Owner contacted me, not having seen the overpaid payment. I expect a refund, btw. They had no information, said no info was given. They've been in my home 3x taking pictures after they removed the ruined parts. After their office manager in Henderson had it all. 3 months ago. 3 extra visits from your company. Extremely unorganized and not detail oriented at all. Received a denial from your offices after making contact again through our insurance. The first week of june our main line blew. Kitchen, basement, living room; a disaster. They came particularly ripped things out. Blew my breakers over and over. Damaged my wall. It's been since 7-2023, and no repairs yet started. Its Oct. They don't update, my insurance contracts them. No response. It's still sitting in disrepair."
