"I call Monster Clean for all my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. They worked miracles on a white couch for me. They are forthright and honest. Dave told me there was the possibility of the red stain not coming out of the couch, and he explained why, due to the materials and dyes. However, he did everything he could and he got the stain out! "VERY IMPRESSED!! We had no idea of the original color of our tile and grout in the kitchen since we bought this house. No other floor cleaners or steamers ever made us feel like we truly had a clean tile floor in our kitchen - until now. Dave and his partner also worked hard on many dog urine stains in our carpet and we were very impressed with how well it all cleaned up. They also taught us how to spot treat our carpet in the future to avoid further damage to our carpet fibers too. We did not realize all the damage we were doing by the way we were spot cleaning our carpets before. I would highly recommend them to any and all of my friends and family. Price was very reasonable and they left the house in very good order with all of our furniture bottoms protected and back in place.
