"my friend called them and maybe you have to ask or pay extra for the "discreet professional bed bug treatment" claim they make on thier website but there was absolutely NO descretion at all. They show a guy in what looks similare to a hazmat suit on thire website but that is false as well. The guy who came to her apartment was wearing everyday casual clothes and had just come from a bedbug infestated home and he never did anything to prevent contaminating every home he went in. No wonder they stay in business.....they are in the pest "control" business not pest eradication business.....got to let a few get away so they can move next door....hey look....new customer! My friend still had bugs and now so does her nieghbor. Ya gotta admire the job security!"
