"I just want to give a shout out to Brady and his crew. I bought a Floe boat lift a couple of years ago from a Floe dealer in North Webster. When we had it put in the Spring of 2023 we noticed at that that 2 of the legs didn't adjust correctly. Luckily we were able to use it as it was but i put no less than 6 calls throughout the summer to the place we bought it from in North Webster and the person that answered the phone each time told me she would have to talk to her husband and he would call me back. He never did. Fast forward to November and i started looking for other Floe dealers. I found Bryant Lake and Lawn and talked to Brady. He called me right back and he immediately knew what the problem was and ordered the parts. He had it fixed by the middle of December. Thank you Brady!"
