"The owners of this company walked in to my office looking to be hired as a cleaning company. I was pleased to meet with them and we discussed apartment cleaning. As with any cleaning job some will be easier than others. I had to go behind them after every job to be sure they completed it correctly. They were given a checklist and would check things off and then we would find those very things still left dirty, not just a little but a lot and some things were never even touched, though they signed a form saying they completed it all. It was rare that they didn't miss something. While once in a while wouldn't be too bad it was nearly every unit. Each time it was addressed we were told they would do better and yet "better" never came. They were more combative rather than understanding that they were not meeting expectations nor were they willing to. Their excuse was how the people moving out left it. While they were dirty and lived in most were not that bad, they simply just didn't want to do do it. Depending on the size of the unit at 2-5 hrs they were still being paid well over $25-30 an hr. Their website says 100% satisfaction guarantee...accept when you want a good job done and a cleaning company to actually clean. In addressing this yet again they have simply decided to back out because their other customers don't have expectations and don't make them actually deliver a clean product so we were too much trouble apparently. The fact that someone will just bow out from their job/own business because they refuse to actually fully commit and complete it properly and make their customers happy is baffling. A cleaning company that doesn't actually clean doesn't quite make sense either. We worked with them for about a year and still were willing to allow them to correct their flaws and they simply refused. All I wanted and was under the impression I would receive, was cleaned apartments to welcome new renters to."
