"Gary Hendrick installed my liner pool nearly 25 years ago, and it's still a great pool! Gary and his crew are helpful, professional and in all these years they have always gone above and beyond what I needed to help out any minor or major emergency. I've had pools all my life, and I know it can seem like a lot of work to newbies, but it's a piece of cake once you learn to follow the advice of the people at Hendricks who know what's very important and what's not THAT important. Hendricks Pool have repaired & replaced numerous items regarding my pool, always to my full satisfaction. This spring I really, really wanted a blue pool light, but due to the age of my system & the type of light installed, that wasn't possible. Brent and I did some brainstorming, and to make a long story short, by the end of the day Brent had installed the brand new light and we had "invented" a way to make it blue!! It looks fantastic!! Brent went way above & beyond duty, running around looking for what he needed to create a blue pool light for me! He made 3 trips to my house in one day, just to make a customer happy. I'm so grateful. This was not the first time Hendrick pool did something special for me & my pool in the course of 25 years; there has been many other instances, they are like a helpful family every time I make a service call & they follow through. I'm for sure getting my next pool from Hendrick's after I move."

"If there was an option for zero stars that would be my selection, but unfortunately that isn't possible. AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs. They came to open our pool and "replace a valve". I notified them that the valve they had just replaced was leaking and was sealed with putty. We were out of town when they performed the work and we did NOT receive what we were invoiced $400 for. We finally did, but not until we informed them of our pool completely draining. They did nothing when I contacted them about the "brand new" valve leaking and the end result was a loss of 22,000 gallons of water from my pool. That's right it completely drained! The liner now has wrinkles in it and our cover ripped away from the concrete and caved into the pool as a result of their efforts. Owner, Gary Hendrick, did everything he could to put the blame on us stating we have a leak in the pool amongst other lies. So we hired another company to assess our plumbing and check for leaks, needless to say, there were none. We were also informed by several experts that improper valve installation can and will drain your entire pool; however, Gary, in his 33 years of experience doesn't seem to want to admit that. We kindly requested that he simply return our property to the same condition in which he found it, which was a fully functional unit and Gary refuses because this is now something that would cost his company $7000.00. Besides seeking legal action it will now be my mission to prevent as many people as possible from using Hendrick Pool Services so as to avoid anyone making a mistake where having them complete even the most basic service will leave you in thousands of dollars worth of trouble that you never anticipated. BEWARE: The service guy that "completed" the work is Brent."
