"Definitely a waste of money. Wanted a service to clean carpets with better suction than we were capable of so figured a professional carpet cleaning would work. We just bought this house so cleaning carpets while empty would be ideal. Followed their directions, vacuumed carpets before they showed up with a Bissell vacuum. They pretty much spray a deodorizer, lightly steam and have just enough suction to get the tiny bit of water from the steam back up. I bought a shark vacuum off Amazon and vacuumed a week later (we were not even living there) And insane amounts of dust and dirt came up from carpets. Do yourself a favor invest in a shark vacuum. I wrote them a message about my experience and days later got a call back saying “we can’t guarantee to get everything out, it’s used carpet” and “she couldn’t believe what she gets out of her carpet on a weekly basis”. Just trying to save someone else from wasting hundreds of dollars like we did. Never ever would have paid for this seeing the result. Call it light surface cleaning, not deep carpet cleaning as you would expect from a professional. Totally dissatisfied. I never write reviews but feel compelled bc I’m so shocked. Feel ripped off. Make sure you know what to expect from the service being paid for. Pictures show what I sucked up after they were here."
