"Had an appointment they never showed left them a message with no call back."

"They were supposed to spray my whole house and treat the whole house and he was in and out of my 1800 SQ ft three story house in 10 mins. And we started seeing more of the unwanted creatures after his supposedly treatment. And I called the office to talk to someone and left a message and no one returned my call. Not too happy."

"I have used their services twice since moving into this area. Both times there was absolutely no activity afterwards in house, basement, attic, or garage. The first time it was several months (abt 6) before I saw anything at all. I called for them to return due to a few ants. Ants were gone immediately. Really happy with their service. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and paid attention to my requests. I don't live in Monticello but have made an appt for within a few days. Do recommend and they will be my pest control service."

"I called there at the beginning of the week. They said they were running a little behind schedule. They would get back to me next week. I said that's fine, the ants ain't going anywhere. 2 days later I got a call that they could come out Thurs ( yesterday) and they did. Robert inspected my whole crawl space and garages. He explained everything. They'll be out next Thursday or Friday. I would highly recommend them!"

"I called Ajax on a Friday afternoon to get a "rough" estimate to spray my crawl space. The lady on the phone stated that the guys were off for the weekend to call back on Monday. (No big deal).. so I call back on Monday to follow up. The lady put me on hold and came back to tell me that it would be hard to give an estimate that it would be anywhere from $100-$150--totally understandable since they don't know how big the crawl space is (I had no idea either) and aren't sure what they are spraying for. I ask if I can make an appointment-- the lady states that they are totally swamped and are looking at 2 weeks. I tell the lady that is totally fine that we have until August 16 to have this done. The lady still would not allow me to schedule and told me to call Reliable in Lafayette that they could better serve me. I once again ask if I can schedule that I'm not in a hurry and the lady once again tells me that they are booked way out and that I will need to call back to schedule. I don't usually review businesses however I thought that this was very unprofessional. I'm from Monticello and like to keep local businesses in business however I will NEVER call to schedule with this business again. I would not recommend them to anyone."
