I placed an order for pick-up because I wanted add more embellishments to the flower vase for a more personalized gift and I wanted to give it to my mother myself INSTEAD it was delivered. On top of that, it didn't look like what I ordered. I was blamed for it looking that way with the vase given because I didn't return a call. The flowers were not full or tall like advertised. See the picture for yourself. Not sure if I would order again."
