"I received two beautiful bouquets. The store called me to tell me they were trying to deliver them but bc I was not home they would put them in the shade to protect them from the hot sun today. Very nice service and consideration of the weather and the circumstances."

"My husband gave me flowers from this store yesterday. and on the same evening (December 2) they died!!! these are the unwanted flowers in my life! he charged $100 for them, but I would give them a maximum of $20! osco jewel flowers spend at least a week in normal water! and these flowers with a sponge did not stand even for one day! In the morning we will bring them back to the store and we will wait for the refund!"

"Horrible experience. She questioned my knowledge of flowers although I worked at a flower shop. She began to raise her voice at me. The white flowers she gave me were brownish. The orange flowers have a blue tone. She refused to be understanding. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I SPENT $55 here and did not get what I wanted. DO NOT SHOP HERE"

I have delt with many Florist before and have had either so so experiences or just not satisfied and maybe that were just okay. Flowers within Hours has and will be my, my Families, Friend's and Friends of Friend's Forever Florist. We truly appreciate so much of what you have done for us all and will be greatful in ways you could never imagine. Loyal customer forever. "Very unprofessional. Would not use this florist. I received flowers from my friends in the hospital and the very next day half of them were dead. So the next day I called and spoke to the owner because I know how expensive flowers can be and did not want my friends to be ripped off and she proceeded to tel me it was my fault with excuses such as “there must not be water in the vase” & “it must be too hot” ..I’m in a temperature regulated room and there is in fact water in the vase. Half the flowers are alive and well & the other half is dead so these excuses do not make sense. I would be embarrassed if I sent these type of flowers to a friend of mine and this happened. I asked for an exchange or a refund to my friends and she stopped replying. Do not recommend."
