"Placed an online order for flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day, on the Saturday before, to Grant Park (which the website allowed). No where on the site did it state that they could not deliver to Grant Park, Nor that there was a minimum price requirement to deliver to Grant Park. Received a call stating they could not fulfill the order because of the price of the order and that the delivery fee was incorrect. Did not offer any way to fix the order so it could be placed, nor offered to still fulfil the order if it was able to be picked up! Just kept shouting "It's Mother's Day Weekend" into the phone. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and could have been more helpful with trying to place an order."
