"Not at all satisfied with this establishment. I use to go to them when they were located a little further west on 159th. The gentleman who was in there was always so accommodating and friendly, not so much with the females. Yesterday I called in advance and inquired if they had pink and purple roses because I needed a special bouquet. I was assured they did. I told the lady I'd be in first thing in the morning when they opened. I walk in it's 3 women no one speaks one just walks up and says how can I help you. I said I called yesterday and I'd like purple and pink roses. She said we have pink. I saw purple ones but they were in a bouquet already. I said so you don't have any more purple ones she said no... Just blah. No how about this or this it was like whatever, and it's not the first time I've experienced this attitude from a female in this place.What is the purpose of calling in advance to make sure the item you want is there. With that attitude they just lost a longggg term customer."
