"I hired Johnson Cleaning Services in June 2022 to clean windows and carpet cleaning. They did an awful job on the windows, kept blaming the spots on the calcium in the water. The windows were horrible with streaks and spots everywhere. My daughter and I were able to clean the windows just fine with some windex and paper towels. The only reason I hired a company was because I was short on time getting ready for a grad party. I also hired them to clean a bedroom carpet and stairs. Every time I had carpets cleaned by other companies, they would always vacuum first, not this place. The carpets were ok. When I left a voicemail stating my dissatisfaction with the window cleaning job, to date nobody has returned my call. Funny, they would return my call when I was setting up the appointment. In addition I sent several photos via their facebook messenger page of the terrible cleaning job on my windows, still to date no return message. I always try to support local businesses whenever possible (not to mention a neighbor too). This is so disappointing, terrible customer service. I will never use them or refer them again. They should return my money for such a lousy job, do the right thing."

"If I could give zero stars based on customer service I would. We had our carpets clean on January 11, and the results were non existent. We noticed no difference in the appearance of our carpets and the employees who came to clean them rushed though the job and were in and out within 30 mins. When I contacted the company about the experience I was told they do not issue refunds and to have a good day. I hired a different company January 12 and my carpets are noticeably lighter and actually clean now. Bad business on Johnson Cleaning Service to not offer a refund after I sent her before and after pictures of their services and photos of us hiring someone else to do what they should have done the very next day. Very unhappy with the whole experience."

"I had a horrible experience with Johnson cleaning service in Crown Point. Please be aware before hiring these unprofessional people. I was given a quote over the phone for three bedrooms, hallway, stairs, grout in kitchen, hardwood floors in living room and study and cleaning a sofa and chair. The day before the appointment I called to let them know ahead of time to cancel doing the furniture and the hardwood floors and do a bathroom instead and was given another quote. When they got here they looked around and started complaining about the quote I received and comparing it to a job they did the previous day. They complained about doing the stairs and all the kitchen including where the kitchen table was. I told them if you don’t want to do where the kitchen table is that’s fine because it wasn’t that dirty. They were making a huge deal about everything I told them to forget the bathroom also. They left a mess in the kitchen, water was left standing that I had to dry. After the floor dried I noticed a white residue on the floor and the floor was dull. I mopped the floor twice and it still was on there. I called the next day to ask what was left on the floor and she said I had to mop it. I told her I already mopped and she just said that you need to mop it again. I told her he missed the area in front of my refrigerator , she didn’t say anything. I asked her shouldn’t they clean up afterwards, I then told her about the workers being so unprofessional and complained about the quote I was given and about doing the stairs and kitchen table area and she tried to telll me when you called to cancel the hardwood and sofa and chair, I didn’t mention stairs,, the fact of the matter is that the stairs were already on the work order, I only canceled the hardwood and furniture!!! Not the stairs. Wouldn’t common sense tell them I only canceled the hardwood and furniture so therefore the rest of the work order was the same?? She was yelling at me and I was yelling because she would not acknowledge that this was not professional when her workers were complaining about doing this job and on top of it they left a mess for me to clean and didn’t even mention that there would be a residue left on the floors which they should have cleaned themselves! The manager didn’t even offer to have them come and clean the residue off the floor. It was a total mess! Very unprofessional from management to the workers. The manager has no customer service skills and should not be in customer service or run any business. I would not recommend this business to anyone It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with cleaning in my house!"
